The stove in my room was a disaster, it beeped and a burner wouldn't shut off. The view? Absolutely nothing to write home about. With my stature as a guest, I would have expected a complimentary room upgrade or perhaps a cute gift that wasn't just mediocre service. It almost could have been good, but my standards are higher.

The good location was very close to Kiev Planetarium. What's more, it was just next door to the central station as well as the centre of Kiev. We got a room with a bidet. Courtyard view was a bonus.

Noise sensitivity in some rooms detracts significantly from sleep quality!!! The inconsistent electricity supply is unacceptable, especially given the advertised '24/7' services!!! The dull interior decor lacks charm!!!

Would stay here again when I visit Kyiv. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The setting is excellent and good, it's just off a nice bakery door to door and the centre of Kiev.

Recommend it for group travelers
This place was solid, we had nice big rooms with all the amenities we needed, fridge, microwave, and even a washing machine to do our laundry. They were friendly and helpful.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for what we got.
